This week has been all about the foreground. The challenge of getting the bare ground to look right has been an interesting one indeed. Lots of different brush marks and colours. I have also been working on the grass, an interesting combination of greens and dry grass. At this stage it is just the undertones that have been roughed in. There are many more colours and layers to build the look of dry grass in the very front of the picture. I hope you enjoy. My best wishes to you. Gordon.
